Biochar is a carbon residue derived from waste biomass through pyrolysis — heating at high temperature with limited oxygen. Produced alongside clean energy at our syngas and biochar facility, it turns wood waste into a high-value, carbon-negative material with applications across construction and agriculture.
Carbon-negative — locks captured carbon into a stable form that can be stored for over 1,000 years.
From our own wood waste — a circular by-product of our energy generation, with zero residue to landfill.
Dual application — engineered for both civil infrastructure and high-yield sustainable agriculture.
By integrating biochar into road bases and concrete, we build stronger, more durable infrastructure with a significantly lower carbon footprint. It enhances road stability by improving load distribution and reducing moisture damage, and reinforces concrete structures without affecting setting times. Replacing traditional fillers with biochar (typically 0.5–5% by weight) delivers high-performance civil engineering solutions that are as resilient as they are responsible.
Biochar acts as a powerful “nutrient sponge” that boosts fertiliser efficiency while protecting the environment. Blending just 2–5% with NPK fertilisers can reduce total fertiliser usage by 20–30%, locking in nutrients and releasing them slowly to plants. Fully compatible with organic, mineral and liquid fertilisers, it improves soil structure and stores carbon for over 1,000 years — a definitive solution for high-yield, sustainable agriculture.
Our flagship export product — manufactured using selected Malaysian tropical hardwoods in red and white species. Produced with Japanese machinery and rigorously graded for uniformity in grade and colour, making it the most sought-after plywood on international markets.
Dual-adhesive options — WBP for exterior and structural, UF for interior use, specified to order.
E1 formaldehyde emission — compliant with the strictest indoor air quality standards across all markets.
CARB Phase 2 & EPA TSCA Title VI — approved for the USA market with full chain-of-custody documentation.
Uniform grade and colour — Malaysian red and white species selected for consistent panel appearance at scale.
Whole-piece white birch face veneer — no finger joints, no patches. The clean, pale aesthetic of natural birch makes this panel ideal for furniture, cabinetry, and interior fit-out. UV coat prefinishing is available on one or both faces for a ready-to-use surface direct from the mill.
Whole-piece birch face — no finger joints or patches, delivering a premium clean surface every panel.
UV coat prefinishing — hardwearing factory finish applied at source, reducing on-site processing time.
Five grade options — C+ through E allows specification matching for every quality and price point.
American standard sizing — 48″×96″ and oversized 49″×97″ available for US construction specifications.
Manufactured to meet Japan Agricultural Standard (JAS Law) requirements, our JAS plywood covers three purpose-built categories — Structural, Concrete Forming, and General Ordinary Use. All products carry F★★★★ rating, the highest Japanese formaldehyde emission standard.
Designed for load-bearing applications in Japanese construction. Meets the most demanding structural performance requirements.
Built for repetitive use in concrete formwork. Available in Regular and F★★★ variants, with bending options.
General interior and light-duty applications. T1 and T2 moisture resistance ratings available to spec.
Holding BS 1088 — the internationally recognised benchmark for marine-grade plywood — our marine panels feature Grade A veneer on both face and back, bonded with WBP Phenol Formaldehyde adhesive for a fully waterproof, permanent bond. Q-Mark certification provides independent third-party verification of every batch.
BS 1088 certified — the gold standard for marine plywood, specified by shipbuilders, boat yards and architects worldwide.
Grade A face & back — premium veneer selection both sides with minimal knots, patches or defects.
WBP boil-proof bond — phenol formaldehyde adhesive that withstands prolonged water immersion and extreme conditions.
Q-Mark independently verified — every batch certified by a third-party body, not just self-declared.
Every panel we ship is backed by internationally recognised certification bodies. From sustainable forest sourcing to formaldehyde emission control and marine-grade quality assurance — our credentials are independently verified, not self-declared.
EN 13986 compliant — mandatory for construction plywood sold in the European Union. Certificate: 2812-CPR-0053.
UK Conformity Assessed — equivalent to CE for the British market post-Brexit. Certificate: 1224-CPR-0053.
EPA TSCA Title VI and CARB Phase 2 compliant — the world's strictest formaldehyde emission standard for the US market.
Independent third-party verification for marine plywood (BS 1088). Certificate: Marine 001 — every batch tested.
Programme for Endorsement of Forest Certification — SIRIM-COC-0014. Traceable, responsibly sourced timber from certified forests.
Forest Stewardship Council certified chain-of-custody. The globally recognised mark of responsible forest management, available on all product lines.
